Role & responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales
Develop and execute effective rooftop solar sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Identify, evaluate, and pursue current business opportunities across commercial and industrial customer segments.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to achieve revenue and order booking targets.

Key Account Management
Establish and maintain robust relationships with key customers, consultants, and influencers.
Drive customer engagement initiatives to improve satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
Understand customer needs and provide customized solar energy solutions.

Project Acquisition & Conversion
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Coordinate site assessments, proposal preparation, techno-commercial discussions, and contract negotiations.
Ensure timely conversion of prospects into successful orders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with engineering, project execution, and operations teams to ensure seamless implementation of awarded projects.




Facilitate smooth communication between customers and internal stakeholders.

Market Intelligence
Monitor industry trends, government policies, regulatory developments, and competitor activities.
Provide market insights and recommendations to strengthen business strategy.

Team & Channel Management
Recruit, train, and support solar sales executives and channel partners, as required.
Drive performance and capability development within the sales ecosystem.

Compliance & Governance
Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, safety standards, and contractual obligations.

Preferred candidate profile:
Preferred: MBA
Minimum: B.E. / B.Tech

Experience Required
3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Proven track record in the Solar Rooftop C&I; business.
Experience in managing and closing large-value C&I; solar rooftop projects.
Preferred Industry Background - Candidates with exposure to similar organizations in the solar EPC and rooftop solar industry will also be considered.
