Key Responsibilities:
Conduct onboarding and process training for 3P associates across Grocery operations.
Deliver training on SOPs, safety, quality, productivity, and compliance standards.
Assess training effectiveness through audits, floor observations, and performance tracking.
Identify skill gaps and implement refresher training programs.
Maintain training calendars, attendance records, certifications, and MIS reports.
Partner with Operations teams to drive process adherence and improve operational performance.
Support current process rollouts and change management initiatives.
Promote a culture of continuous learning, safety, and operational excellence.

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.




2?4 years of experience in Learning Development, Training, or Operations within Grocery, Warehouse, Logistics, or 3PL/3P environments.
Solid presentation, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting.
Willingness to travel across sites, if required.
