Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Engineering Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified engineering professionals across various disciplines. This role requires solid recruiting skills, an understanding of engineering roles, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate technical interviews and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified engineering candidates.
Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer acceptance.
Track recruiting metrics and prepare hiring reports.




Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies.
Stay updated on industry trends, talent market conditions, and recruiting best practices.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
25+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in engineering or technical recruitment.
Robust understanding of engineering roles and technical terminology.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting for, mechanical, electrical, civil, or manufacturing engineering roles.
Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and talent sourcing strategies.
Professional certification in recruiting or human resources is a plus.
