Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented QA Engineer with 1+ year of experience in Manual Testing. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of software testing methodologies, defect life cycle, and testing processes, with the ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Analyze business and functional requirements thoroughly.
Design, prepare, and execute detailed test scenarios and test cases.
Perform Functional, Regression, System, and API Testing.
Identify, report, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
Coordinate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and QA teams to resolve issues.
Validate application functionality, UI, workflows, and database changes.
Prepare test execution reports and maintain QA documentation.
Ensure product quality and timely delivery of releases.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience in Software Testing / QA.
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Defect Life Cycle.
Hands-on experience in Manual Testing.
Positive knowledge of Functional and Regression Testing.
Valuable knowledge of API Testing using Postman.
Good SQL knowledge for database validation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Added Advantage:
Knowledge of VAPT and Cloud Testing.
Basic proficiency in at least one programming language (Java or Python).
Familiarity with Selenium WebDriver is a plus.
