Job Description

We are hiring a high-performing Relationship Manager to drive our Loan Against Property (LAP) portfolio. This role focuses on acquiring high-ticket customers, managing local Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), and expanding our secured lending presence in the local market.

Key Responsibilities
Sourcing Business: Acquire high-ticket LAP customers via DSAs, open market connectors, and direct sales channels.
Channel Management: Onboard, train, and manage networks of DSAs and market connectors to maintain consistent lead flows.
Client Advisory: Evaluate financial profiles, gauge property eligibility, and structure loan solutions matching client requirements.
File Execution: Drive end-to-end processing by liaising with credit, technical, legal, and operational teams for rapid log-ins and approvals.
Compliance & Cross-Sell: Collect pre-sanction and post-disbursement documents (PDD) while cross-selling insurance, CASA, or financial products.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications Graduation or MBA from an accredited university.




Proven track record in secured loan distribution or prime mortgage sales.
Active network of local real estate connectors or DSAs.
Deep understanding of local property legal norms, valuation practices, and risk checks.
