Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and efficient manner
Assist clients with account-related tasks, such as account opening, fund transfers, and balance inquiries
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
Continuously enhance product and service knowledge to provide accurate and relevant information to clients




Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives

Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds
Solid problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
Proficient in the use of relevant banking and customer service software and systems
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, customer-centric workplace and adapt to changing priorities
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in the financial services industry
Relevant experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services sector
