Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Delivery Manager with extensive experience in the Medical Devices domain to lead and manage large-scale engineering and delivery programs. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of delivering complex product engineering, software development, sustenance, and regulatory-compliant programs while managing large teams of 200+ professionals. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, customer relationship management, delivery governance, operational excellence, and P&L; ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Program Management
Lead multiple medical device engineering and software delivery programs.
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Drive on-time, within-budget, and high-quality project delivery.
Establish delivery metrics, KPIs, SLA adherence, and operational excellence practices.

Medical Devices Domain Leadership
Deliver solutions aligned with medical device regulations and quality standards.
Work with products across:
Diagnostic Devices
Imaging Systems
Patient Monitoring Devices
Connected Medical Devices (IoMT)
SaMD (Software as a Medical Device)
Wearables and Digital Health Solutions




Ensure compliance with FDA, MDR, ISO 13485, IEC 62304, and other healthcare regulations.

Customer & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary liaison for client engagements and executive governance reviews.
Build trusted relationships with customers and identify growth opportunities.
Drive account expansion, renewals, and current business opportunities.

Team Leadership
Lead and mentor Delivery Leads, Engineering Managers, Architects, and project teams.
Manage large global teams across development, QA, validation, and regulatory functions.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and competency development.

Business Growth & Presales
Support RFPs, solutioning, estimation, and proposal creation.
Collaborate with sales and account teams to identify current prospects.
Participate in strategic business planning and account growth initiatives.
