We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Developer / Data Analyst with 5+ years of industry experience, preferably in Life Sciences or a related domain. The ideal candidate will have robust hands -on expertise in dashboard development and migration from Tableau to Power BI, advanced SQL skills, and the ability to work directly with clients while leading analytical initiatives and mentoring team members.

· Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.

Lead and support the migration of dashboards from Tableau to Power BI.

Translate business requirements into scalable and insightful BI solutions.





Perform complex data analysis and data validation using SQL across large datasets.

Partner with stakeholders and clients to gather requirements, present insights, and drive data -driven decision -making.

Lead and mentor junior analysts, ensuring best practices in data modeling, visualization, and performance optimization.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment across BI tools and backend data sources.

Support ongoing enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of BI solutions
