About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Campaign Manager who can assist in the Planning, Execution, and Optimization of our digital campaigns.

Responsibilities:
The role will include conceptualizing, drafting, and executing campaigns on various platforms.
Formulate segments & target pipelines suited to each of the categories and campaigns.
Running campaigns on Paytm properties and other digital paid media.
Measurement of campaign performance and maintaining performance data.
Coordinating with various stakeholders for creatives, campaign segments, data analytics, etc.

Requirements: Minimum 2 to 6 years of experience in growth marketing/performance marketing / product-led growth roles.
Proven experience in running successful referral or growth related programs




Must be solid in analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and visualization tools.
Experience working with fintech, consumer tech, or e-commerce organisations preferred.
Exposure to CLM/retention/lifecycle management is a plus.
Familiarity with tools like Clevertap is preferred.
