Role & responsibilities
Manage pre-onboarding and onboarding processes, ensuring

compliance with U.S. employment requirements (e.g.,

documentation, tax forms).
Partner with Recruitment and hiring managers to support a

seamless onboarding experience, particularly for U.S.-based

employees
Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS (e.g., ADP

Workforce Now) in compliance with U.S. regulations.
Coordinate with Payroll and Finance teams for accurate

onboarding of U.S. employees.
Support onboarding activities, including orientation sessions

and employee integration.
Support compliance with U.S. employment laws, including federal and state labour regulations.
