Key Responsibilities
Assist senior architects in architectural design, planning, and development of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, working drawings, and detailed design documents.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, structural engineers, and MEP teams.
Develop 2D and 3D designs using architectural software.
Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
Attend client meetings and take notes on design requirements
Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and resolve design-related issues.
Prepare presentations, design concepts, and client submission documents.
Review material specifications and assist in design approvals.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in architecture (B.Arch).
2–4 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office.
Knowledge of building bylaws, construction techniques, and design standards.
Robust communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
