Job Title: Senior Tekla Modeler PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings)

Experience: 7–12 Years

Location: Gudi malkapur

Key Responsibilities
Develop accurate 3D models of PEB structures using Tekla Structures.
Prepare General Arrangement (GA), shop, fabrication, assembly, and erection drawings.
Model primary steel members, secondary members, mezzanines, crane runway beams, canopies, staircases, platforms, handrails, and miscellaneous steel.
Generate Bills of Materials (BOM), Material Take-Offs (MTO), NC/DSTV files, and fabrication reports.
Review structural design drawings, connection details, and project specifications before modeling.
Coordinate with structural design engineers, project managers, production, and erection teams.
Perform clash detection, model validation, and quality checks before drawing release.
Resolve RFIs and incorporate design revisions efficiently.
Ensure compliance with project standards, fabrication requirements, and client specifications.
Support production and site teams by resolving detailing-related issues.




Mentor junior Tekla modelers and review their deliverables.

Required Skills
Robust expertise in Tekla Structures for PEB modeling and detailing.
Positive understanding of PEB systems, steel connections, and fabrication processes.
Ability to prepare fabrication and erection drawings independently.
Knowledge of BOM/MTO preparation and NC/DSTV file generation.
Solid understanding of steel fabrication, welding, bolting, and

Qualifications
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
Tekla Structures certification is preferred.

Preferred Experience
7–12 years of experience in Tekla Structures with at least 5 years in PEB projects.
Experience in warehouses, factories, logistics parks, industrial buildings, commercial buildings, aircraft hangars, and multi-storey steel buildings.
Exposure to international standards such as AISC, MBMA, IS 800, AWS, and project-specific specifications is preferred.
