Job role:
We’re on the lookout for a tech-savvy Human Resources Executive to manage HR programs across the company - everything from recruiting, onboarding, and training management to performance management and compensation. The role will involve working, side-by-side, with our employees to foster a positive workplace and ensure the company’s mission and goals are effectively implemented.

Location: Indore || Full Time || Work from Office
Salary Range: 2 LPA- 3.6 LPA

Experience: 1 - 2 Years Experience
Preferred Requirement: MBA in HR

Responsibilities:




Creating an environment of open communication.
Hiring and retaining talent for the organization at the right cost.
Helping make the payroll of the company.
Organizing key events of the organization.
Helping resolve conflicts and other issues within the company.
Conducting exit interviews with outgoing employees.
Overseeing the termination process of an employee.
Counseling employees who are stressed.
Working with departmental heads during appraisals.
Introducing employee wellness programs.
Creating company policies based on best practices.
Remembering employee birthdays and significant event dates.

Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
Hands-on tools like Freshteam, Angel List, iimjobs, CRM, etc.
Hands on social networks like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of local and central laws and HR best practices.
