The Tech Lead provides architectural oversight, facilitates key design decisions, and ensures alignment between the delivery team and the Client's architecture and platform standards.

Required Skills:

Solution architecture: Experience designing event -driven, serverless data integration solutions on AWS (Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge, API Gateway); ability to produce HLDs and LLDs that align with enterprise platform standards and AWS Well -Architected principles.

Kafka & streaming architecture: Understanding of Kafka topic design, partitioning strategies, schema evolution, consumer group patterns, and how Kafka fits into a broader data warehouse ingestion pipeline; familiarity with Amazon MSK (Managed Streaming for Kafka) including broker configuration and MSK vs. self -managed trade -offs.

KDD facilitation: Experience running design workshops,



documenting key design decisions with options and trade -offs, and driving consensus across engineering and product stakeholders; comfortable making and recording architectural choices involving AWS service selection.

API integration patterns: Familiarity with pagination strategies, cursor -based incremental fetching, idempotency patterns, and failure isolation in multi -source batch integrations; experience leveraging AWS services such as SQS, DynamoDB, and Secrets Manager to support resilient, stateful integration designs.

NFR alignment: Ability to translate non -functional requirements (availability, performance, security, observability) into concrete technical decisions and acceptance criteria; experience applying these through AWS -native tooling including CloudWatch, X -Ray, IAM, KMS, and VPC controls.
