and dashboards to identify and resolve issues.
Participate in 24x7 production support, on-call rotation, incident response, and issue resolution.
Perform root cause analysis and document corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and operations teams.
Follow DevOps best practices for automation, version control, release management, security, and operational documentation.
Support AWS Bedrock or GenAI platform operations where applicable.
Maintain deployment documentation, runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
Continuously improve automation, monitoring, deployment reliability, and operational efficiency.
