Job Summary

The Typist will be responsible for accurately preparing, formatting, and maintaining various business and legal documents related to redevelopment projects. The role requires excellent typing speed, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
Type and format letters, agreements, notices, reports, proposals, meeting minutes, and other official documents.
Prepare and update redevelopment-related documentation, including society correspondence, project files, and legal documents.
Ensure documents are error-free with proper grammar, formatting, and consistency.
Maintain digital and physical records of documents systematically.
Coordinate with internal departments, legal teams, architects, consultants, and management for documentation requirements.
Scan, print, photocopy, and organize documents as required.
Assist in drafting routine correspondence and official communications.
Ensure confidentiality of all company and project-related information.




Support the administration team with documentation and other clerical tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred not required).
2+ years of experience as a Typist, Data Entry Operator, or Documentation Executive. Experience in real estate, redevelopment, legal, or construction industries will be an added advantage.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy (English & Marathi typing).
Valuable command of written English & Marathi.
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, and Google Workspace.
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Preferred Attributes
Familiarity with redevelopment and real estate documentation.
Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Qualified attitude, confidentiality, and a high level of accuracy.
