As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a agile service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges, ensuring the seamless operation of essential applications. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service to users and stakeholders.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge.

Proficiency in Epic Systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve software issues.
Experience with system monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
Familiarity with software development life cycle and application support best practices.
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Epic Systems.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
