We are expanding our team and looking for passionate professionals to support our growth and maintain the highest standards of quality and production.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Production Executive with a strong background in the frozen food manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing production processes for frozen and ready-to-eat food products while ensuring efficiency, quality, food safety, and compliance with manufacturing standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved.Monitor the manufacturing process while maintaining product quality and food safety standards.Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and company SOPs.Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance,



and Warehouse teams for smooth operations.Monitor production efficiency, minimize wastage, and improve productivity.Prepare daily production reports and maintain production records.Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.Train production staff on safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the production area.Candidate RequirementsBachelor's degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Production or a related field.1–5 years of experience in the frozen food manufacturing industry.Hands-on experience with products such as:Frozen Ready-to-Eat (RTE) productsMomosBurger PattiesFrench FriesFrozen SnacksFormed ProductsKnowledge of food safety standards, GMP, HACCP, and production planning.Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in frozen food processing plants and exposure to automated production lines will be preferred.Interested candidates who meet the above requirements are encouraged to apply with their updated resume.
