Key Responsibilities




Call prospective students and counsel them regarding available courses.
Manage student inquiries and guide them through the admission process.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates to ensure conversions.
Achieve daily and monthly enrollment targets.
Maintain accurate database records of all interactions. [1]

Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduates and Undergraduates are both eligible.
Experience: Freshers can apply. Prior experience in BPO, telesales, or counseling is a plus.
Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and strong convincing skills.
Language: Fluency in Hindi; basic or good command over English.
