Project Planning & Execution
Lead end-to-end execution of EPC projects from award through commissioning and handover.
Develop detailed project execution plans, schedules, and resource plans.
Ensure project milestones are achieved within budget and timelines.
Monitor project performance using KPIs and project management tools.
Construction Management
Supervise construction activities through site teams.
Ensure adherence to approved drawings, quality standards, and construction methodologies.
Monitor productivity and site progress.
Coordinate subcontractors and site resources.
Commissioning & Project Closeout
Coordinate pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
Ensure completion of punch-list items.
Manage final documentation and project handover.
Conduct lessons-learned reviews.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or related Engineering discipline.
Experience managing projects from engineering through commissioning.
Experience in power or infrastructure projects is preferred.
