Prepare project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure timely progress as per plan.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and statutory regulations.
Review engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Conduct project progress meetings and prepare periodic reports for management.
Identify risks and implement mitigation measures to avoid delays/cost overruns.
Ensure proper documentation, billing, and contract administration
Mentor and guide site engineers and project teams.
