Responsibilities
Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
Proactively identify growth prospects and cross-sell relevant products and services to expand the customer base
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve branch-level sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the consumer banking group
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless banking experience for customers
Actively participate in branch-level initiatives and contribute to the implementation of the banks strategic objectives




Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions and transactions

Requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with customers
Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets
Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving to identify growth opportunities and provide customized solutions
Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace and contribute to the overall success of the branch
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a deep understanding of the banks products and services
