We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Quality Inspector to ensure that products meet the required quality standards and specifications. The Quality Inspector will perform inspections, testing, and documentation activities to identify defects and ensure compliance with customer and company requirements.
Verify dimensions and specifications using measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and other inspection tools.
Identify and report non-conforming products and initiate corrective actions.
Prepare First Article Inspection (FAI) reports and inspection records.
Maintain inspection records, quality reports, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards.
Ensure traceability of materials, components, and finished products.
Participate in root cause analysis using tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and Pareto Analysis.
