We are looking for an experienced Salesforce LWC Developer to join our growing Salesforce practice. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Salesforce platform development, with a passion for building scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying Lightning Web Components while collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative Salesforce solutions. You will participate throughout the software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to production deployment, ensuring quality, scalability, and security.

Key responsibilities include developing reusable Lightning Web Components, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and SOQL/SOSL queries, performing code reviews, troubleshooting application issues, optimizing system performance, and mentoring junior developers.



You will also contribute to defining technical standards and implementing Salesforce best practices.

The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, security model, governor limits, and object-oriented programming concepts. Experience with JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Git, Agile methodologies, and up-to-date development practices is essential.
