Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and manage HVAC installation and site execution activities at laboratory and cleanroom projects.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, clients, contractors, and other site teams.
Ensure HVAC work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Monitor daily site activities and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Check HVAC equipment, ducting, piping, insulation, and related installation work.
Read and understand HVAC drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for smooth execution of site activities.
Identify and resolve site-related technical issues and coordinate with the project team for solutions.
Maintain daily site reports, work progress updates, and material requirements.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies at the project site.
Support testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC systems.
Be willing to travel and relocate to project sites anywhere in India as required.
