The role involves sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder management, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while meeting hiring timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions across functions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions to assess candidate fitment.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth scheduling.
Maintain and update candidate trackers, recruitment MIS, and hiring dashboards.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
Support offer rollout, salary discussions, and joining coordination.
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of potential candidates for ongoing requirements.
Assist in employer branding and employee referral initiatives.
