Knowledge on evaluating the Analytical data interpretation skills (LCMS, NMR, Chiral, Achiral
analyses, structure confirmation)
Knowledge of safety practices in laboratory operations
Exposure to ChemDraw and other databases
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Experience, preferably with a Discovery CRO / Medicinal chemistry / Peptide Chemistry/ ADC
Advance Purification techniques, Multi step synthesis
