Manage day-to-day drilling rig operations.
Coordinate rig mobilization, commissioning, and operational readiness.
Supervise drilling crews and field operations.
Ensure compliance with HSE standards and operational procedures.
Monitor drilling performance and optimize operational efficiency.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability.
Prepare operational reports and monitor KPIs.
Manage manpower planning and resource allocation.
Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across drilling operations.
