Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Automation Lead to drive and own the end-to-end automation strategy across the organization. This role requires deep expertise in UiPath (RPA), Agentic AI frameworks, Generative AI, and Large Language Model (LLM) integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architect, designing, developing, scaling, and governing intelligent automation solutions, combining traditional RPA with next-gen AI capabilities to deliver business outcomes.

Role & responsibilities
Define and drive the enterprise-wide Automation Strategy (RPA, AI & Agentic AI).
Lead end-to-end automation initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Identify and prioritize high-value automation prospects across the organization.
Design, develop, and deploy scalable automation solutions using UiPath and Agentic AI.
Build AI-driven workflows and multi-agent automation frameworks.
Integrate automation solutions with Oracle Fusion, SaaS applications, APIs, and enterprise systems.




Architect AI-powered solutions using LLMs for document processing, virtual assistants, and decision support.
Manage bot lifecycle, production support, monitoring, optimization, and incident resolution.
Establish automation governance, security, compliance, and AI ethics standards.
Evaluate emerging automation and AI technologies to drive innovation.
Lead and mentor automation developers and AI engineering teams.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver measurable business value.
Define and monitor KPIs for automation performance, ROI, efficiency, and quality.

Preferred candidate profile
UiPath certifications (Advanced RPA Developer / Solution Architect)
Experience with platforms like Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or Workato
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Exposure to ML Ops / AI Ops practices
Experience with low-code/no-code platforms.
