The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating business opportunities, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) Rooftop Solar Projects.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate current business prospects in the Commercial and Industrial sector.
Meet factory owners, industrial units, commercial establishments, warehouses, hospitals, educational institutes, and corporate clients.
Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and site surveys.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations in coordination with the design and technical team.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Maintain sales pipeline, CRM records, and regular follow-ups.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, MBA - Marketing, or related field.
2 to 7 years of experience in Solar EPC, Renewable Energy, Electrical Products, Industrial Sales, or B2B Sales.
Experience in Commercial & Industrial Rooftop Solar Sales preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical aspects of solar projects.
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.
