Role & responsibilities
Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments.
Serve as the primary contact for patient inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Communicate with physicians, nurses, specialists, and other healthcare specialists to coordinate patient care.
Verify patient insurance information and assist with prior authorizations when required.
Educate patients on treatment plans, procedures, medications, and follow-up appointments as directed by clinical staff.
Coordinate diagnostic tests, specialist referrals, and follow-up care.
Monitor patient care plans and ensure timely completion of recommended services.
Assist with patient registration, intake documentation, and consent forms.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to improve patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Perform other administrative and patient support duties as assigned.
