Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive / Digital Marketing Manager to help grow our online presence and increase sales. The ideal candidate should be organized, results-driven, and experienced in digital marketing and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Create and manage product listings across online marketplaces.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
Manage customer inquiries, messages, and responses across all online platforms.
Drive online sales through promotional campaigns, advertising, and optimization.
Plan, create, and manage social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data and trends.
Coordinate marketing activities to ensure consistent branding and customer engagement.





Requirements
Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or social media management.
Knowledge of online marketplaces and product listing management.
Robust communication and customer service skills.
Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with social media marketing, content creation, and analytics.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other digital advertising platforms.
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
Understanding of SEO and online sales optimization.
Experience using CRM or e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
