Customer Support Associate Non-Voice (Commercial Banking)for international process

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Shifts: Comfortable with any shifts (Ireland/UK/US)

Location: Indore, Chennai

Process: Commercial / Corporate Banking (Non Voice)

Role Summary: Provide non-voice customer support to commercial banking clients through email. Ensure accurate processing of service requests,

documentation checks, and issue resolution while meeting quality and compliance standards

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via email
Process account servicing requests, transaction queries, and documentation verification




Maintain accurate records and meet SLA targets for quality and turnaround time
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex cases
Skills & Qualifications:
Solid communication and analytical skills
Valuable understanding of commercial banking products and workflows
Bachelors degree in business/finance/commerce preferred
