Role & responsibilities
Support end-to-end planning and execution of the upcoming event.
Research and connect with NGO partners, university partners, media partners, community partners, gifting partners, and other stakeholders.
Coordinate with speakers, panelists, and partner organizations.
Draft outreach emails, maintain trackers, and manage follow-ups.
Design posters, presentations, certificates, social media creatives, and other communication materials using Canva.
Assist with social media promotions, content creation, and event communications.
Support registrations, documentation, reporting, and operational activities.
Contribute ideas and support initiatives that strengthen the event's DEI impact and outreach.

Preferred candidate profile
Robust written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge and interest in DEI.
Canva and presentation design.
Event management and coordination.
Research and stakeholder outreach.
MS Excel/Google Sheets.
