Resolve payment issues and ensure timely reimbursement.
Appeal denied claims and correct claim errors.
Analyze remittance advice (ERA/EOB) to identify payment discrepancies.
Maintain accurate documentation of all calls and claim updates.

Eligibility & Skills:
Minimum 1+ years of AR Dental Calling experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
Robust understanding of insurance claims, denials, appeals, and reimbursement processes.
Knowledge about Dental Terminology, CDT codes (Current Dental Terminology), and standard claim processing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage high call volumes in a voice process.
Proficiency in medical billing software and MS Office.
Robust analytical skills.
Comfortable working rotational shifts.

Education:
Undergraduate or Graduate.
