Responsibilities
Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
Proactively identify growth prospects and cross-sell relevant products and services to existing customers
Collaborate with various teams within the bank to ensure seamless customer experience
Actively participate in branch activities and events to promote the banks offerings




Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions and transactions
Contribute to the achievement of branch and team sales targets

Requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Proficient in using various banking systems and tools
Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace
