Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform.
Develop and maintain applications using ServiceNow Studio.
Customize forms, workflows, UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
Configure Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Catalog.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow REST/SOAP API integrations.
Implement and support ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Request Management.
Create reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize application performance.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders.
Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and platform enhancements.




Maintain technical documentation and follow development best practices.

Required Skills
Robust experience with ServiceNow platform development.
JavaScript, Glide API, GlideRecord, and ServiceNow scripting.
Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions.
Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
Service Catalog and Catalog Items.
IntegrationHub.
REST APIs and SOAP Web Services.
Import Sets and Transform Maps.
CMDB fundamentals.
ACLs and Security Rules.
Reports and Dashboards.
Update Sets and Application Development.
Git or source control knowledge is an added advantage.
