Handle property inquiries and generate sales leads.
Conduct client meetings and project/site visits.
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers to clients.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects for closures.
Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
Coordinate with developers for inventory updates and offers.
Maintain CRM records and daily sales reports.
Assist clients throughout the booking and documentation process.
Build long-term relationships with clients.
Broker Connect
Identify and onboard real estate brokers/channel partners on the Condivio App.
Conduct broker meetings, presentations, and app demonstrations.
Explain app features, perks, projects,



and lead generation process.
Assist brokers in registration, KYC, and profile activation.
Build solid relationships with brokers and maintain regular follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal sales and support teams for smooth onboarding.
Encourage broker engagement and active participation on the platform.
Resolve broker queries related to app usage and projects.
Maintain onboarding records and daily activity reports.
Achieve monthly onboarding and activation targets.
