Role Summary

Associate Lead Procurement will support end-to-end procurement of MEP and Civil materials/services for infrastructure/data center projects, ensuring cost efficiency, timely delivery, and quality compliance. The role involves vendor management, tendering, and coordination with project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Execute procurement strategies for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and Civil packages
Manage RFQ/RFP, tendering, bid evaluation, and vendor finalization
Coordinate with project, engineering, and planning teams to align procurement with timelines
Support price negotiations, contract finalization, and cost optimization initiatives
Handle procurement of HVAC, Electrical systems, and Civil materials (RCC, finishing, structural components)
Identify and onboard current vendors; maintain solid supplier relationships
Track and ensure on-time delivery, quality compliance, and vendor performance
Monitor procurement KPIs (cost savings, lead time, supplier efficiency)
Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and ethical practices




Leverage digital tools / ERP systems for procurement tracking and reporting

Preferred Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification
B.E./B.Tech Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering

Experience
3–7 years of experience in procurement of MEP and/or Civil packages
Exposure to Data Center / Infrastructure / Construction projects preferred
Hands-on experience in tendering, vendor management, and contract negotiation
