Conduct property title searches and verification ofx000D transactions, ownership records, encumbrances, transaction throughx000D Government Revenue Department Portals in Sub-Registrar Officesx000D (SRO) both online and offline.
Property Law Mortgage Acumen
Demonstrate a keen interest and understanding of propertyx000D laws, mortgage documentation, and registration procedures.
Language Communication Skills
Candidates proficient in reading and writing vernacularx000D languages will be preferred
List of Languages:
Telugu,x000D Assamese, Hindi, English, Gujarati, Kannada, Marathi, Punjabi, Tamil,x000D Bengali, Oriya.
Multi-lingual ability (especiallyx000D regional languages)
