Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.

Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or collections, preferably in a financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of financial products and services,



particularly home finance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team workplace and meet targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.
Solid analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
