Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to drive financial planning, MIS reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and business performance management for the North RMX business. The role will partner with Sales and Operations teams to provide financial insights, ensure compliance, improve profitability, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial reporting, MIS, and month-end closing.
Budgeting, forecasting, and AOP preparation.
P&L; and variance analysis.
Monitoring sales and contribution margins.
Ensuring financial controls and compliance.
Business partnering with Operations and Sales teams.
Driving process improvements and automation.
Team management and stakeholder coordination.

Preferred Profile:
CA/CMA with 10+ years of experience.
Robust exposure to FP&A;, Business Finance, or Commercial Finance.
Experience in Manufacturing, Cement, RMX, or Building Materials industry preferred.
Solid analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
