As a Lead Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in architecting, developing, and delivering software solutions for industrial communication systems.
Design and develop realtime embedded software using C++
Define and review software architecture and design
Work on industrial communication protocols such as
PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, Modbus, BACnet, CANopen, OPC UA, IEC 61850, DNP3 and more
Develop software for microcontrollers and RTOS settings
Work on kernels, bootloaders, device drivers, and system libraries
Debug and troubleshoot embedded software using advanced tools (e.g., Lauterbach debuggers)
Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum development environment

Preferred candidate profile
12+ years of experience in software development with robust C++ expertise
Proven experience in industrial/communication protocol development
Strong background in RTOS, multithreading, and eventdriven architectures
Handson experience with protocol analyzers (Wireshark, Modbus tools, Profibus Analyzer, etc.)
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear communication
Robust leadership, mentoring, and problemsolving skills
