Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development for the Personal Care Ingredients product range.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Identify and introduce current products based on customer demands.
- Manage projects efficiently with R&D; and Commercial teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Provide technical support and product-related expertise to customers.
- Make regular customer visits to understand their requirements and offer tailored solutions.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and technical seminars.
- Ensure timely payment follow-ups and coordinate with finance for healthy cash flow.
- Mentor junior team members and support internal training initiatives when required.
- Make regular field visits and joint calls to understand customer needs and offer customized solutions.
