Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer management.
Utilize job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.), LinkedIn Recruiter, and local database sourcing to build talent pipelines.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' skills, experience, cultural fit, and salary expectations
Coordinate and align interview schedules with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Follow up with prospective candidates to ensure high offer-acceptance rates and smooth onboarding.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1 to 4 years of proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition ( Non-IT, or Volume hiring).

• Hands-on experience using Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn, and standard applicant tracking tools.

• Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and handle multiple open mandates in a quick-paced setting.

• Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, or Surat will be preferred.
