developing mechanism for price discovery for company's products; Setting up an independent market
research team.
Strategic thinking for higher NSR with higher volume.
Team Handling, Lead a team of sales managers/executives including region in-charges.
Evaluate, review, analyze and monitor periodic sales reports, potential sales, and client base expansion.
Sales forecasting and sets goals for the team accordingly.
Coordination with various functional heads at JSW Plants and head office for timely execution of orders and financial closure of deals.
Handle quality issues and resolve customer complaints timely.
