The Technical System Performance Partner | Production Readiness Manager (PRM) plays a vital role in ensuring successful customer deployments of Workday products and business-critical activities in production, delivering exceptional value to customers. Their ability to navigate complex projects, advocate for customers, and drive timely resolution of issues contributes to the overall success of the organization and customer satisfaction.
The PRM is responsible for overseeing performance testing and ensuring a smooth transition to production. They partner with customers to understand their unique needs, challenges, and business objectives. They collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve performance issues proactively. As advocates for customers, PRMs actively represent their needs and concerns throughout the deployment process.
PRMs monitor progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
They leverage their project management skills to coordinate resources, manage timelines, and mitigate risks. PRMs also have a deep understanding of change management principles and employ strategies to minimize disruption and ensure a seamless transition to production.
