Job Description
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and automated).
Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and exploratory testing across web, mobile, and API layers.
Validate configurations across ServiceNow modules such as: ITSM, ITOM, CSM
Build and maintain automated test frameworks using ServiceNow ATF
Collaborate with developers during sprint cycles to review requirements, identify gaps, and raise defects early.
Log, track, and manage defects through the full lifecycle using Jira or equivalent tools.
Participate in CI/CD pipeline integration triggering automated tests on code commits and deployments.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance during testing
Conduct API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
Contribute to QA process improvement initiatives and maintain testing documentation.

Mentor junior QA team members and conduct peer reviews of test cases. Qualifications
3+ years of QA/testing experience across functional and automation testing.




Solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its architecture
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow testing (manual + automation)
Experience with ATF (Automated Test Framework)
Knowledge of JavaScript (for scripting in ServiceNow)
Experience in API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, etc.)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Hands-on experience with defect management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar).
Robust analytical thinking and attention to detail with a quality-first mindset.
ServiceNow CSA certification
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
