Role & responsibilities
Conduct laboratory experiments to develop current products and processes under the guidance of senior according to Project goals.
Perform Technical literature searches
Prepare & standardize chemical solutions required for testing & experiments.
Investigate & troubleshoot any failures to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Develop & implement current test methods to evaluate physical & chemical properties of substances. Quality, Performance & Stability Testing.
Utilize analytical tools (e.g., FTIR and other laboratory instruments) to conduct regular tests on chemical samples.
Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation
Sampling and analysis of new raw material, Packing Material & finish goods.
Evaluate accuracy of laboratory results to meet quality guidelines.
Review, recommend, and implement changes in processes, testing methods, procedures etc. to improve efficiency and accuracy.




Work with cross-functional teams to scale Up from successful Laboratory Formulations into Pilot Plant scale & Production scale.
Maintain records of R&D; experiments, log sheets, and test results. Audit Readiness. SAP Activities.
Prepare technical reports and interpret results. Preparing, Specification, COA, MSDS and other reports, SOP, STP
Maintain housekeeping of Laboratory ensuring all operations are conducted efficiently (handling critical chemicals, waste etc) as per safety Protocols.
Preparation and maintenance of records for Lab stock
Compliance: Understanding of standard laboratory procedures, protocols, and Safety and Quality (ISO)standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, quality issues etc.
ParticipatE in continuous improvement initiatives

Preferred candidate profile
Problem-solving skills with an ability to observe, calculate, and evaluate complex laboratory data.
Valuable Technical writing and verbal communication skills.
