Portfolio Services offers continuous, round-the-clock support to ensure clients’ portfolio and security data is always accurate and up to date. The team actively oversees the entire process—from data gathering to analysis and reporting—promptly addressing any issues and keeping clients informed. This commitment helps clients rely on the integrity and reliability of their portfolio information at all times.
As part of this team,



you will collaborate directly with clients to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues arising from workflow processing and data accuracy within their portfolio operations. You will also engage with various external stakeholders to ensure that fixed income analytics for client portfolios are both accessible and accurate. The role involves monitoring portfolio workflows, proactively addressing any concerns related to data or analytics, and providing timely solutions to client challenges. Additionally, you will maintain transparent and consistent communication with clients and stakeholders to keep them informed on the status and resolution of issues, ensuring a high level of reliability and trust in the information provided.
